Q. What's so special about your cutting/faceting?
A. The WOW factor! When a gem cutter looks at a piece of gem quality rough, he knows what the best shape the stone will eventually become (round, oval, square, trillion, etc...). We don't do "normal" here. We instruct our cutters that IF the stone will become a certain shape, we want a certain cut. For example, a standard round=boring, but a diamond cut round or a Portuguese round=WOW. A square cut=boring, but a Princess cut = WOW. Q. Do you provide custom cuts for our designs?
A. Yes, IF you can provide us with a detailed description of the cut you want (dimensions, shapes, sizes and material used) or a faceting diagram of the cut. Also, if we can obtain the rough material if it is not in our inventory. We will provide you with a price quote after we discuss it with our cutters overseas.

Q. What other services do you provide?
A. We have an exclusive arrangement with a jewelry designer in Hong Kong who can custom make any design you choose in 10K, 14K and 18K white or yellow Gold, Platinum or Sterling Silver at a price that is unheard of in the USA. We will be more than happy to provide you with sample work and price quotes. They guarantee their work and will protect your exclusive designs.
